The brisketmacdulla was really great. Love the combination. The ribs are also spot on. While not the smokiest that I've tasted, it was really soft. I like how the cartilage were so easy to bite on. They're my favorite part of the ribs and enjoy them when they're not crunchy at all.

My boys are into the full swing on baseball season (pun DEFINITELY intended) and we often get done with games late. I remember the Smokin' D's food truck had come to my school in 2019 and everything was amazing. We stopped in a week ago and we're now obsessed with the Brisketmadillas...

This was our first time and we can't wait to come back! The restaurant was super clean and the staff was fantastic. I got the smoked chicken flautas and they were fried perfectly, you could taste the smoke in the chicken and the layers of amazing goodness on top was perfect!

Had the brisketmacdilla, pretty good size and really good sauce with it. It was crispy and had a good amount of brisket. My favorite side with the fried honey siracha brussel sprouts. The interior looked new and clean. Overall really good brisket and sauces.

Came here with my boyfriend for the first time because he constantly raves about the "Brisketmacdilla" how amazing it is. I have to agree, nothing short of awesome! A melt in your mouth quesadilla filled with brisket, Mac & cheese, topped with their homemade ranch...definite try!!
